VISION STATEMENT: “ To be an academia of ‘first choice’ to transform lives of our students, their communities and enhancing the socio-economic prosperity of the region through education while inculcating the spirit of nationalism, spiritual growth, leadership quality and overall concern for the holistic development of a human being.”
MISSION STATEMENT:
- To provide qualitative and need oriented education to the students of varied strata of society regardless of prejudice or discrepancy and to make an utmost utilization of resources at our disposal.
- To go beyond the realm of regular academia and arrange for a wide array of enrichment programmes for the students and faculties.
- To undertake community outreach activities ensuring, active participation by students, faculty, alumni and other stakeholders.
- To be at par with modern educational policies.
- To develop professionals who are committed to their personal & professional endeavors and who have the vision, courage and dedication to initiate and manage change.
To impart value-based higher education to women in our pursuit for excellence and mature them to dedicate at best to the Service of Humanity.
The institution strains to mountain an open and interactive environment. All stakeholders are actively encourage to participate and voice their perspectives for effective decision making & policy formations. The college leadership maintains regular and active interaction with the stakeholders during the span of an academic session.

OBJECTIVES:
To impart liberal holistic education to all sections of the society, particularly the rural and deprived ones, for shaping a sterling character and scintillating career imbibed with values of humanism, equality, justice and secularism.
Our Vision statement, Mission Statement and Objectives are communicated through our official website: www.rcc.ac.in the college prospectus published every year at the time of admission, several bill boards hanging at different locations in college campus and through various meetings with the students, staff and other stakeholders, and through our annual college magazine ‘RAKA’.
